Why We Selected It
White coats show everything: yellowing from saliva, food, urine and everyday wear. Many whitening products rely on blue or bleaching agents that can leave the coat dry or tinted. We chose Cristal Clean because it brightens through a non-oxidising formula and conditions at the same time. It is part of the Iv San Bernard range we use in the SPLOOT salon.

How to Use

1. Prepare the coat: for best results, care for the coat with the Iv San Bernard Traditional Line for a period first (for example Mela Verde for long coats).
2. Shampoo: wash with Cristal Clean Shampoo, neat or diluted up to 1:3 with warm water. Massage it in for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
3. Condition: apply Cristal Clean Conditioner neat, or diluted up to 1:2 with warm water for a creamier texture. Massage it through the coat for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Important

• Do not use on coats previously treated with oxidising products, such as many blue whitening shampoos.
• Avoid use right after swimming in chlorinated water.

No. Do not use the Cristal Clean range on coats that have been treated with oxidising products, which include many blue whitening shampoos. Let the coat recover with regular Iv San Bernard care first. Also avoid using it right after your dog has swum in chlorinated water.

Does Cristal Clean remove tear stains?
Cristal Clean brightens the coat overall. It is not a dedicated tear-stain treatment. For the area under the eyes, clean gently every day with Iv San Bernard Clean Eye Lotion, then protect the hair with Sil Plus. This combination is the brand's own recommendation for managing tear staining.
