SPLOOT Shipping Policy

At SPLOOT, we want your furry friend’s goodies to arrive safe, fast, and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship our products.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within:

  • Denmark (domestic orders)

  • EU (international orders)

If you live outside these areas and would love our products, please contact us (info@sploot.dk)— we’ll see what we can do!


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (Denmark):

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Flat rate: DKK 49

  • Free shipping for orders over DKK 1.000

International (only within the EU countries):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Flat rate: DKK 199

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.


4. Click & Collect (Aarhus Ø)

Prefer to pick up your order?

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout — it’s free!

  • We’ll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

  • Collection point: SPLOOT, Irma Pedersens Gade 68, DK-8000 Aarhus C, Denmark


5. Packaging

We care about the planet as much as we care about dogs, so your order will be packed using eco-friendly, recyclable, and pet-safe materials whenever possible.


6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders outside Denmark, local customs fees or taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.

  • If your parcel is delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.
