👉 Important: This treatment is only applied if your dog arrives with moderate matting. Our certified groomer will assess the coat during your appointment and decide on the safest and most comfortable approach.

Our team works patiently to remove tangles where possible. If brushing would cause pain, we may recommend clipping the area to give your dog a fresh, healthy start. You’ll also receive coat-care guidance to help prevent future matting.
